As it appears Apple’s iPhone for the first time has surpassed Windows Mobile in the U. S. Market share of smartphone operating systems. This data have been published by the market research firm ComScore.

According to a ComScore report in October there were 8,970,049 iPhone users and 7,131,797 users of Windows Mobile devices. RIM topped the list again with 14,963,238 users in October.
